This townhome met our family's needs for a weekend stay. Owner communicated well and we did not have any issues. It was nice to have laundry and a kitchen while visiting with my family of 6. The unit is a little old, but everything works well and met our need. For example, we were impressed with how well the microwave works as it was manufactured in 1985! We ran a good bit of laundry while visiting and the equipment worked well for that job too.We visited over the 4th of July weekend, so it was a little warm during the middle of the day, but the unit cooled off quickly in the late afternoons with the windows open and fans running, so lack of A/C was never an issue for us despite afternoon temps in the high 80s. This could be a consideration for summer visitors planning to take mid-day naps. The humidity is very low in the area, so even though it got warm, it never felt uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa bed and futon were not the most comfortable for the kids, but the sofas were comfortable enough in sofa mode that they slept on them that way. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The location overall was great. Just a couple miles from downtown Red Lodge. We didn't encounter much noise from neighbors, but did have to close the back screen door and windows a couple times when the neighbor was smoking on their back porch.Overall, the value of the stay was good, and I would stay here again if my family came back to the area.
