Your cozy getaway, on a double lot, awaits in Conneaut Lake at this spacious cottage. The backyard features a picnic table with sun umbrella, a bench swing, a 28" Blackstone griddle and large lawn for outdoor games. The living room includes recliners and with six bedrooms featuring one queen bed and five full beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. Two bathrooms include a bathtub, 2 showers and hair dryers, making freshening up easy after a day of adventure. The cottage stays comfortable with heating and AC, so guests can unwind no matter the season. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this nice retreat offers a peaceful spot to recharge. We belong to The Shady Avenue Association so guests have access to the sandy pier at the end of Shady Avenue. Guests can swim, sunbathe, picnic, enjoy the gazebo, fish off the docks, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

Please place trash in the bins located in the driveway. Recyclables go in the blue bin and should not be in a bag. Bins should be placed at the end of the driveway on Sunday for Monday pick up.

An amazing place to stay, especially with kids. The decor is spot on for a lakeside stay, the stay was great! Check in, clean up, and communication were amazing!

Very clean! Comfy furniture in living room to read or watch TV. Lots of table space for eating or playing one of the games supplied. Kitchen has everything you might need to cook in or outside on the Blackstone grill. Bathrooms supply shampoo, body wash, towels, and hair dryer. Pleny of TP and paper towels. Also stacked washer/dryer with laundry supplies provided. Large back yard for kids to play, also nice porch swing and fire pit for the adults. Very close to lake, a few minute's drive. We had 8 adults for a long weekend. Beds , only 1 queen and 5 full, but we made do. Everyone agreed it was a good find!!

We appreciated the cleaniness, comfortable and newer furniture, extra table seating used for eating and playing games, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, large and plentiful towels, camp chairs to use around the firepit, all of the unexpected "extras", large backyard for the grandchildren, availability and friendliness of the hostess. You can tell she spent a lot of time anticipating renters' needs. Our only disappointment is that while most cottages in the area are reserved on a Saturday to Saturday schedule the owners have a more liberal policy allowing Sunday to Sunday and we have been blocked out of the typical Saturday to Saturday vacation that we plan with extended family every year. So, unfortunately, we are not planning to return next year.

I booked the Cherry Pitt as a crash pad for our motley crew of single/divorced cousins for our family reunion. The Cherry Pitt could not have been more perfect for our group. It’s immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, all six of us had our own beds, and the bedroom with the attached bath was perfect for the needs of our disabled cousin. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the huge backyard and lounging and reminiscing in the living room into the wee hours. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and cute. Tracy, the host, is incredibly attentive and kind. We will be back. Highly, highly recommend!

The house was very clean. It looks like it has recently been renovated. It’s conveniently located. Less than 10 minutes from any stores or restaurants while being located in a quiet neighborhood.
