This bright and comfortable apartment on the 4th floor, facing the sun-drenched south, has a large balcony equipped with a table, 5 chairs, and an awning.

The apartment features laminate flooring in the living area and tile flooring (allergy-friendly). It is furnished with a modern L-shaped sofa, a dining area, a bookcase, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio-cassette recorder, and Wi-Fi.

The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (1.8 x 2 m), is separated from the living area by a curtain.
The children’s room features a bunk bed (0.9 x 2.00 m) and a desk; it is separated from the kitchen by a sliding door.

The built-in kitchen includes a 4-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker.

The newly renovated bathroom features a shower stall, a wall-mounted toilet, a sink with a mirror cabinet, and a heated towel rack.

The entryway features a large tall cabinet with ample storage space and a bed (0.9 x 2.0 m).

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you accordingly and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
