Welcome to this small but cozy cottage that can accommodate six people thanks to three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is modern and lovingly decorated and furnished - you will definitely feel at home here.



When the weather is nice, be sure to spend your vacation on the terrace or in the garden, where you can barbecue together or just enjoy the sun. Here you can really relax thanks to the sun loungers.



Near the vacation home there are activities for the whole family: you can play table tennis, golf, mini golf or swim. In the town of Goes you will find good shopping in a picturesque setting, as well as cafes and restaurants.



Heinkenszand is the perfect place for numerous excursions in the nearby surroundings. On the peninsula between the Ooster and Westerschelde estuaries, land and sea meet in a special way.



Discover the beautiful polder landscape with its picturesque villages and cozy towns that have something for everyone.



Explore the countryside on foot or by bike along orchards and flower dikes. Relax on the various beaches and enjoy the fresh North Sea water.

Katastrophe

Die gesamte Bude ist vom Boden bis zur Decke komplett dreckig. Es riecht muffig und nach Insektengift. Die Matratzen im kleinen Zimmer sind eigentlich unbenutzbar. Der Anbau der ebenfalls mit Betten ausgestattet ist kann eigentlich nicht genutzt werden, es stinkt furchtbar.Wer noch kann sollte stornieren oder umbuchen.

Hitze im Haus trotz Klimaanlage

Es war einiges defekt,die Teller klebten.Die Klimaanlage viel zu wenig Leistung.Der Zaun hat große Lücken das Tor war nicht zu schließen.Nucht für Hunde geeignet,viel zu eng.Die Abstellkammer anders kann man es nicht nennen mit dem Hochbett ungeeignet.Da ein Gerät ständig piept .Mürrischer Nachbar.Ubfrezndlich.Die Rezeption war wegen Krankheit nicht besetzt.Der Schirm draußen defekt würde aber am 3.Tag ersetzt..Schimmel in Dusche und am Bad oden.Möbel Leichtbauweise,alles sehr hellhörig.Garten ungepflegt,die Anlage und der See sind gepflegt.Es werden viele neue Häuser am See gebaut.

Kleines Haus in schöner Umgebung

Große Terrasse aber innen für 5 Personen und 2 größeren Hunden (Collie und Golden Retriever) sehr beengt. Die Toilette ist zwar separat, verfügt aber über kein Handwaschbecken. Der Kühlschrank ist für 5 Personen zu klein, zumal man ohne Auto nicht einkaufen kann. Es gibt keinen Kiosk und keinen Backshop. Es gibt stets eine gute Internetverbindung. Das Grundstück ist nur unzureichend eingezäunt. Wir würden das nächste Mal was größeres nehmen.

Good place to stay

We had a great time in Heinkenszand. The mobile home provided everything we needed and the little town is cute. Supermarkets are nearby and it’s easy to rent bikes just outside the park. It’s a perfect location for daytrips in Zeeland. We came with our dog and it was easy to go for walks in the area. There are many little roads without traffic. Our dog liked the vacation, too.
