This 50-square-meter vacation rental is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording. Thanks to its location in the quiet Böhl neighborhood, the vacation rental promises a relaxing break from the stresses of everyday life. A small wooded area is right next door, and the Böhl Lighthouse and the Böhl sandy beach are within easy walking distance—the beach is also accessible by car during the season. A restaurant and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. The vacation rental features a furnished south-facing balcony.
Thanks to its location and amenities, the vacation rental is ideal for family vacations; children are warmly welcome here. There is a small playground behind the building.

The vacation rental was renovated in early 2022.
Thanks to the open layout leading to the furnished balcony, the living room—with its modern, nautical decor—feels wonderfully bright and inviting.
The furnishings include a very comfortable seating area consisting of a couch and armchairs.
The couch can be easily converted into a sofa bed in just a few simple steps.
The spacious dining table seats the entire family, and multimedia entertainment is provided by a modern flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

The adjacent, open-concept kitchen is very well-equipped, featuring, among other things, a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a coffee maker.
One separate bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable box-spring bed; a second bedroom with two single beds is located in the attic.
The attic bedroom can be used outside the heating season; during the heating season, the sleeper sofa in the living room provides two sleeping spots.

The vacation rental includes a modern, bright shower room with a toilet.
