The villa is furnished with high-quality design classics from Edra, Bretz, Ligne Roset, etc.

The wellness house with a sauna can be booked for an additional cost of €500 per stay.

Of course, internet access via Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the house.

Lehrte train station, from which Hannover Central Station is only 15 minutes away, is a 2-minute walk away.

We can provide you with all kind of services such as privat chef, luxury car rental (Bugatti, Ferrari, Bentley, etc.), driver, shuttle service etc. on request.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.

One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval.

Our villa is the perfect place for creative projects. Photo and video shoots are possible upon request (!!!).

For public holidays, a surcharge of 30% on the total booking is applied.

Due to trade fairs, a surcharge of 50% on the total booking is applied.

We reserve the right to set special conditions regarding prices, minimum stay, and occupancy for peak dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, major trade fairs, etc. These may differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated upon request. We appreciate your understanding.

The property is monitored externally by video (only the house entrances). Your privacy is, of course, not compromised by this. Please inform your group accordingly.

The number of guests specified at the time of booking is the information confirmed by you and used by us for calculation. If the number of arriving guests exceeds the original number, we kindly ask for an additional fee for each extra guest for the entire stay.
