The Space:

You will receive a guest access code to the keypad before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits on a quiet, tree-lined street that's beloved by locals and their four-legged friends. It's a dog-friendly community where neighbors wave and pups roam happily on daily walks.



Spring and summer here are the real magic. You're 10 minutes from Big Bear Lake for paddleboarding, kayaking, and lazy afternoons by the water. Trailheads into the San Bernardino National Forest are practically out the back door, with miles of hiking and mountain biking for you and your dog to explore. The Alpine Pedal Path, Castle Rock Trail, and Ski Beach Park are all close by.



Grab morning coffee at Grind & Grill Cafe, stock up at the Big Bear Farmer's Market, and head back to the deck for sunset.



Getting Around:

The good news is the property has parking for 2 cars, and you're only 10 minutes from the lake, the Village, and the ski slopes by car.



If you'd rather leave the car parked, the Free Big Bear Trolley is a great option. The Gold Line covers Big Bear City and the East Valley, and connects to the Red and Blue lines that take you to the Village, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, the Alpine Zoo, and the marinas. Trolleys run every 30 to 60 minutes from early morning until evening, and rides are completely free.

San Bernadino County Good Neighbor Policy



This property is fully permitted and operated in compliance with City of Big Bear Lake short-term rental regulations. The City actively enforces these rules. Violations can result in fines starting at $500 per incident or eviction without refund.



Maximum occupancy: 7 guests regardless of age. Strictly enforced per STR permit.

Maximum vehicles: 2, in designated spaces only. No street parking.

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Includes all outdoor activity and hot tub use.

Hot tub hours: 7 AM to 10 PM only.

Gas fire pit hours: 7 AM to 10 PM only.

No amplified music audible beyond the property line at any time.

No parties or events of any kind.

No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

No outdoor wood fires. Gas fire pit only.

Ceiling fans are in primary bedroom.



Good Neighbor Policy

The City of Big Bear Lake requires all guests to sign the Good Neighbor Policy prior to receiving access to the home. The guest who books must sign (no exceptions). Declining to sign will result in cancellation with no refund.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 4 PM. Online check-in with valid ID is required before the door code is sent. Do not arrive at the property before receiving the code.

Check-out: 10 AM.



Check-out responsibilities:

Load and start the dishwasher

Bag all trash and ensure bin lids close. If bins are full, a $25 per bag drop-off fee applies.

Pick up any yard debris, food

Leave used beds unmade

Pile all used towels in the bathrooms

Close all windows and doors

Turn off lights and lock up securely



Additional Fees:

Excess trash drop-off: $25 per bag

Dirty dishes: $25 to $50

Excessive mess cleanup: $25 to $50

Unauthorized pet fee: $1000

Glitter/confetti: $250

Smoking indoors: $1,000

Delaying cleaning team at checkout: $100



Wildlife and Nature

This is a mountain property. Wildlife including bears, coyotes, and other animals are present in the area. Pine needles, tree sap, and natural debris are part of the environment and are not grounds for a refund or complaint.



No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, equipment malfunctions including the hot tub or TV, or sightings of insects, rodents, or wildlife. Trip insurance is strongly recommended, especially for weather-sensitive travel.
