The host did not send check-in instructions and demanded a credit check (for no reason). The credit check was not listed as a requirement. The host attempted to keep the funds but thankfully Vrbo stepped in and assisted with a full refund. I do not recommend this host. Beware and look for a more legitimate listing.

beware - scam. presented fake documentation, doctored Drivers License and background check. they get in the property and want cash to get out.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers practical access to many parts of Los Angeles without being in the middle of the tourist zone. It is close to Culver City, Westside LA, Beverly Hills, LAX, Santa Monica, Venice, major hospitals, employers, restaurants, transit, and everyday services.

What we like most is the convenience. Guests staying 30+ days can get to work, medical appointments, the beach, shopping, and different parts of LA while still coming back to a quieter residential property with parking.

Amazon, Apple, Google, Netflix, Microsoft, TikTok, Yahoo and several other employers are within 15-minute drive.
