The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in the typical local style and in a functional manner. The property is situated on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace.

Crikvenica. The studio is located on a 2800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The apartment is located in a quiet and green area Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
