This apartment worked out great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers). We utilized the full kitchen and the washing machine. The whole apartment has fantastic views, the balcony was really lovely. Location was very good, close to several subway lines. We were able to get the orange line to Midway only 2 blocks from the apartment which was great. Owner was very responsive when the AC wasn’t working and addressed the issue right away. The building was nice enough (very friendly staff) but the other amenities were not great. The building really shows its age. The game room was pretty beat up and my sons were very underwhelmed by the gym. They ended up using the Planet Fitness a few blocks away. Be aware that the L runs directly next to the building so it can be noisy. We kind of got used to it after a day or so. We’d still probably stay here again. Note:mattresses are quite firm, could definitely use more pillows on the beds but otherwise very comfortable stay.
