In a family house built by my grandparents, we will welcome you in a renovated apartment of 58 m2 located in the center of St jean de luz with a reserved parking space in front of the house.



Renting from Saturday to Saturday (except in winter when the days can be modulated) and for a week at least.



Apartment located on the whole 3rd floor, without elevator, in a house occupied only by my mother and including, a living room (new sofa and armchair, flat screen TV), a kitchen equipped (new table and chairs, refrigerator freezer, new washing machine, ironing board, iron, combined microwave-oven new, coffee maker filter, Senseo, toaster, kettle ....), a room with a bed in 160 with memory of form and a cupboard, a room with 2 beds in 90 and a cupboard, a water room (dryer hair), an independent WC.



Baby equipment: a cot, a high chair, a bathtub.



Double glazing with electric shutter.



Unobstructed view on the roofs of Saint Jean de Luz.



Internet access.



For the cleaning, it is asked to leave the apartment as clean as it was found on arrival (no sand in the apartment please).If not, a part of the deposit will be kept.



Animals are not allowed.



No smoking apartment.



No parties. Bed linen can be provided for an extra fee.

Additional guests are not allowed to stay after 10 pm.
