The holiday home Finca Can Xet is located in Felanitx and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 350 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a children's pool, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.
During the months of November to May there is an additional charge for heating consumption of 30 e/day.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
