Luxury vacation apartment, own sauna, large terrace, sea view

"A Better View for a Better Quality of Life by the Sea!"

This exclusive penthouse is located on the 7th floor of our modern apartment building. The spatial layout is exemplary, the floor plan is skillfully designed, and the rooftop terrace boasts a breathtaking view!

The spacious living and dining area is furnished in warm colors and features a wood-burning stove. Especially during the infamous “Frisian dreary weather,” this stove really enhances the cozy atmosphere.
The wood-burning stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes!
With its timelessly beautiful design, the elegant built-in kitchen offers everything you need. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are only provided as a starter kit and are not part of the standard furnishings; please bring these items with you.

The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, giving them a hotel-like feel.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness retreat. A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub offer the comfort you need to relax. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth on cool days.

The large, wraparound, furnished rooftop terrace expands the open-air living space by approximately 85 m². Here, a breathtaking view awaits you from a considerable height.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48.

A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
