This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests (8 adults maximum), making it perfect for large families or group getaways.

The space

The grand living room features a magnificent stone fireplace and soaring windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern granite countertops, ideal for preparing delicious group meals.

Your stay includes an incredible array of entertainment options:

✦ Game Room: A converted garage with a pool table, foosball, basketball, and karaoke on an 85” TV.

✦ Poker Loft: A dedicated space with a poker table, wet bar, and another 85” TV.

✦ Outdoor Living: A massive 630 sq ft elevated deck, two fire pits for evening gatherings, and a brand new 2026 7-person hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

✦ Private Sledding Hill: Enjoy your own winter wonderland right on the property (seasonal availability).

✦ Quiet neighborhood: 5-7 minute walk to public lake access, nearby the famous village shops and restaurants, and a 7-10 minute drive to Snow Summit.

Guest access
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the converted game room, the poker loft, the expansive 630 sq ft deck, the hot tub, and the fully fenced yard.

Convenience is key with a private entrance and seamless self check-in via a smart lock. Ample on-site parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Other things to note
✦ Rental Agreement: Per City of Big Bear Lake regulations, a signed Rental Agreement and acknowledgment of the Good Neighbor Policy are required before check-in.

✦ Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras.

✦ Sledding Hill: The private sledding hill is a seasonal feature. Its availability depends on sufficient snowfall and safe weather conditions.

✦ Hot Tub: The hot tub is a brand new 2026 model and is professionally serviced for your enjoyment.

As hosts, our goal is to make your stay feel easy, comfortable, and special from the moment you arrive. We know guests are often planning birthday weekends, family vacations, ski trips, summer lake getaways, or quiet retreats, and we want our home to be a place where those memories happen.

We’ve put a lot of thought into creating a warm, elevated Big Bear cabin experience with the comforts you expect in a well-run vacation rental. Whether you’re here to ski at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain, explore Big Bear Lake, hike nearby trails, visit The Village, or simply relax at the house, we hope you feel right at home.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to the area’s most popular attractions (and it's near the lake and The Village!). The neighborhood has that classic Big Bear feel — pine trees, fresh air, quiet streets, and a relaxed cabin atmosphere — while still being a short drive to other major attractions skiing, hiking, the zoo, and more.

It’s the kind of location that works well year-round. In the winter, guests can enjoy easy access to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. In the warmer months, Big Bear Lake, local trails, boating, fishing, biking, and outdoor dining are all nearby. We love that guests can spend the day exploring and then come back to a comfortable, quiet place to unwind.
