WIFI & PHONE
> Internet service in the apartment is excellent. New fiber-optic cable installed in 2022, 300 Mb, TP-Link TL-WR940N router / 450 Mbps Wireless N router.
Internet signal is not as strong on the rooftop terrace. If you’d like, you can bring a range extender.
> Cell service in La Caleta is very weak. With our cell phone signal booster, you’ll be able to make calls just fine.
CLEANING SERVICE
If you don’t want to clean while on vacation, our cleaning lady will come by—for a fair additional fee. You can go on an outing and return to a clean house.
HOUSE
The house has 3 floors. The first floor is permanently rented out. The tenant only has access to the first floor. All other areas, such as the stairwell, the apartment, and the rooftop terrace, are exclusively accessible to you.
FEEL GOOD
With solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, the house is CO2-neutral.
