Hi! I’m Yojam, a local host from Bogotá who truly enjoys creating comfortable and memorable stays for travelers from around the world. I’m passionate about hospitality, design, and guest experience, which is why I’m constantly improving every detail of the loft to make guests feel at home.

I work professionally in the financial industry, and hosting has become a project that I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to connect with people from different cultures. Most of my guests are international travelers, digital nomads, couples, and professionals visiting Bogotá.

My goal is simple: offer a clean, stylish, safe, and well-equipped space with fast communication and a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.

I chose Chapinero because it is one of the most vibrant, central, and authentic areas in Bogotá. The neighborhood combines modern city life, great gastronomy, nightlife, cafés, coworking spaces, and easy transportation access.

From here, guests can quickly reach Zona G, Zona T, Parque de la 93, Monserrate, downtown Bogotá, and many of the city’s main attractions. It’s also a favorite area for remote workers, students, and international visitors because of its energy and convenience.

What I love most about Chapinero is its mix of local culture and modern lifestyle. You can experience Bogotá like a local while still having comfort, safety, and everything nearby.
