Modern 2BR Stay Near Downtown & Hopkins

This review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The individual who made the reservation was not the person who checked into the property. The actual occupants gained access under someone else’s reservation without accurately identifying who would be staying, raising serious concerns about how the booking was used. After accessing the property, the occupants left the accommodations, including the bedding, in an extremely unsanitary condition, which we documented with photographs. They then requested a refund of more than $2,000. The property is professionally maintained and receives routine pest-control service. When concerns were raised, we responded promptly. The presence of household pest-control spray does not establish that we knowingly rented a property with an infestation. The guest was advised that cancellations and refunds must be processed through the booking platform. We did not refuse to cooperate or attempt to keep funds improperly. Given the unauthorized occupants, condition of the property, and subsequent refund demand, we strongly dispute this review. We have photographs and documentation supporting our account. Based on this experience, we do not recommend this guest, the occupants, or their representatives to other hosts.
