We had an awesome time here and will come back!

The house is very spacious and luxurious. There were many options to choose from also when the weather was rainy (pool billiard in the basement, home gym, sauna, board games). The pool is big and super fun and refreshing! There is even a SUP in the basement to enjoy the water. It was really all like in the pictures, except for the grill. There is a new grill now but worked fine as well. There's also more than enough parking space on the property. For sure every single person could arrive with their own car ;) We'll come back!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Empfang durch Ana war flexibel und herzlich. Sie war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und toll zum Schwimmen. Fußläufig ist der Strand zu erreichen mit einer guten Strandbar. Im Nachbarort gibt es ein tolles Restaurant, dass die Pizza im laufenden Meter anbietet. Ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Auch nach Krk-Stadt ist es nur eine kurze Autofahrt. Dort sind auch die nächsten größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Ort selber, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt, gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man für den täglichen Bedarf Kleinigkeiten (Brot, Milch, Obst, Gemüse und so weiter) kaufen kann. Der Ausblick der Villa ist fantastisch. Lediglich der Fitnessraum ist ein. Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was der Gesamterholung aber nicht entgegenstand. Daher von uns 5 Sterne.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Ana! Sie ist eine unglaublich freundliche, hilfsbereite und bestens informierte Gastgeberin – sie hat uns tolle Tipps zur Insel Krk gegeben, die unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht haben. Das Haus selbst war absolut perfekt: super sauber, sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – man muss nur seine Kleidung mitbringen, der Rest ist da! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Extraordinary journey!

Die Villa die wir hier gebucht haben war einfach nur toll. Es war alles tip top. Von der Ausstattung & Sauberkeit bis zur Erreichbarkeit der Eigentümerin einfach nur top. Kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Einzig die Stauraummöglichkeiten für Klamotten waren ein bisschen rar aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub!

Brilliant service!

Es ist ein tolles Haus an einer tollen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Das Haus ist ja ganz neu und der Umschwung war noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt. Der Platz hinter dem Haus war noch im „Rohbau“. Bei der Garage fehlte noch das Tor. Der Wärmepumpenboiler steht aus unserer Sicht am falschen Ort. Der ist im Keller unter der Treppe installiert und läuft viele Stunden am Tag (logisch bei 8 Personen) und macht viel lärm, den man im Esszimmer und Küche als störend empfindet. In den Schlafzimmern hört man davon nichts.

Glorious residence!

Casa splendida e immersa nella quiete a pochi minuti dal mare, molto pulita, arredata con gusto. La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Bellissima piscina di acqua salata all'esterno. Ana e Daniel sono persone gentili, simpatiche e disponibili, che si sono impegnate per curare il nostro soggiorno con senso dell'ospitalità e amore per i dettagli.
