For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 25 m, depth 150 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, boccia. Shop 800 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 900 m, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Halte routière" 1.1 km, sandy beach 1.2 km, park "Aqualand" 24 km, diving center 1.1 km. Sports harbour 1.1 km. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 12 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 13 km, St-Tropez 17 km, Ste-Maxime 24 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Fenouillet 2.2 km, Sentier du littoral 7 km, Toulon 60 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire. Shorts prohibited in the pool. Mandatory swimsuits.
2-room apartment 24 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor, south facing position. Fully renovated, beautiful furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 33 (fenced 1 car). Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Très beau logement, cependant les escaliers sont compliqués d’accès mais cela reste praticable. Toutefois, le ménage n’a pas été réalisé, et InterHome ne croit pas les dires de ses vacanciers. Je ne recommande pas.

Appartement réaménagé avec goût.

Pour deux personnes c’est nettement suffisant. Grande salle d’eau (dommage que la toilette ne soit pas dans une autre pièce). L’escalier en « colimaçon « est difficile d’usage pour les grandes personnes... Nous mangeons à l’extérieur, donc nous n’utilisons pas les appareils ménagers. Nous avons utilisé une mini box pour internet et la connexion était parfaite. La machine à laver n’a pas été utilisée. Ce genre d’appareil est nécessaire pour une réservation plus longue. Le bip serait utile.

Très belle vue sur la terrasse. Propre et pour deux personnes c'est largement assez. Belle salle de bain. Il manque un "bip" pour le portail. L'accès est pénible pour des personnes âgées. Local d'eau a renseigné...

Résidence calme, propre, près du centre ville, vu sur piscine et sur la mer. Appartement propre, très bien équipé, seul inconvénient la chambre à l'étage sous mezzanine, le plafond est très bas et l'accès par l'escalier est étroit et inconfortable.

Appartement remis à neuf. Pour deux personnes, c’est parfait. A l’aise... Par contre, l’escalier, pour une personne assez grande, c’est très difficile de descendre... Le prix de la mini-box me semble excessif.
