Introducing The Cottage on Casco Bay, North & Nautical’s newest luxury vacation rental in Yarmouth. Explore this fully renovated and unique coastal cottage, perfectly suited for up to five guests, with plentiful outdoor deck space overlooking Maine’s most precious gift—its shoreline.
There is private beach access via stairs, which lead to a small seaweed-and-rocky area at low tide, and directly into the water at high tide. We’ve also provided a paddleboard and kayak for added fun.
The deck space adds serious square footage to enjoy an amazing coastal stay here in Maine! Please note there is a Boathouse that can be booked in tandem with this property; the boathouse sleeps 5 and is true oceanfront living!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage and Elena couldn’t have been more helpful with local recommendations and making sure we were well taken care of. The house felt brand new and updated, while maintaining old world charm, and we would certainly book again. Coffee on the porch in the morning was a treat and the 2 kayaks paddle board was an added bonus for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully renovated, and very tastefully furnished, with a nautical theme to the decor. There’s an abundance of towels, blankets,, and anything else you might need. It is right on the bay and has two large porches looking out at the trees and water. The single bedroom is downstairs and the two other bedrooms are upstairs. (Note: The stairs are steep.) the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs.
