The cottage is located in a quiet and green area with a large garden.
Relax in this large house with some special features. Firstly, in the master bedroom you have height adjustable mattresses that you can use for a comfortable sleep. On the other hand, you have a sauna that you can use in the evenings, after your excursions. As a family, use the large living room to relax and play. A cozy fireplace and the glazed terrace will provide you with a nice atmosphere.
Your cottage is located right next to the Ljungbyån. There is a pedestrian bridge over the river, which means that it only takes you a minute to walk to the supermarket, bus stop and pizzeria.
Why not plan trips to the city of Kalmar and view the fascinating architecture of the city. A visit to Kalmar Castle is already firmly a must. You can also take a day trip to the island of Öland, because you can easily get there via the bridge.
