The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and extremely well maintained. The location is excellent, with several small grocery stores and other amenities within walking distance. There are also plenty of public transportation options right in front of the building, and the city center is easily accessible on foot. The host is extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. He also offers several private tours, which were excellent and very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I choose this neighborhood, because I just live next building. We are family of three and we saved the money to move bigger apartment, but due to the high inflation of property price and our salary not increasing much, even we save the money - we couldn't afford the desired apartment.

So we bought this apartment next to us which is within our budget. So that I can run apartment for tourist.

I done the renovation by myself and try to make interior more Mongolian style. We you see other apartment on Airbnb and Vrbo, most of them are modern generic interior style.
