Our “Möwennest” vacation rental on Borkum is perfect for a vacation with up to four people. From the window, you can already see the North Sea and the dunes, as well as the Old and New lighthouses!<br><br>Borkum’s very popular South Beach is just 200 m away.<br><br>The 55 m² one-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. The apartment features a spacious living area with a couch, two armchairs, a dining area, and a sleeping area, as well as an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. <br><br>The sleeping area consists of a 180 cm x 200 cm bed and a large built-in wardrobe made by a local carpenter. The living area features a sleeper sofa (180 cm x 200 cm) and two fold-out recliners (each 80 cm x 200 cm). A crib is included as part of the standard furnishings. Electric shutters and blackout roller shades on the skylights ensure a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>The high-quality built-in kitchen, also crafted by the local carpenter, offers you the perfect opportunity to prepare your own meals (dishwasher, refrigerator, four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave-grill-oven combination, and various small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster).<br><br>The living area, furnished with a couch, armchairs, and a modern TV, features four large skylights and a great view—the perfect spot to relax. Watching a good movie here with the family or playing games at the dining area while watching the two lighthouses or passing ships are unforgettable vacation moments!<br><br>The bathroom, with its large skylight, has also been completely renovated. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat closet with plenty of space for your beach gear.<br><br>This very bright vacation rental is located in the attic (1st floor) and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. It has its own entrance and a small balcony with two garden chairs and a small table.
