This 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as cable and satellite TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, an open terrace, a solarium (open from 10 am to 8 pm), a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
“La Fortaleza” is very close to the holiday home, as well as public transportation, restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket.
A selection of beaches and a bicycle rental office can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
Free parking is available on the street.
