There is a very STRICT NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property, which includes the pool area, parking and garages.There is a minimum of a $1000.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.

For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.

The fee will depend on the number of guests, scope of needs, and length of stay. Please ask me about details and we`d love to help make your time with us as special as possible!
