The space
This spacious 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for large groups, offering a comfortable layout with multiple living areas and plenty of privacy.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a large dining area for group meals, and two oversized living rooms—perfect for gathering without feeling crowded. There is also a bedroom on this level, along with one full bathroom and two half bathrooms, plus direct access to the backyard.

Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. The primary suite includes a jet tub for added comfort.

The lower level offers 5 additional bedrooms. One has a private bathroom, two are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom, and there is another full bathroom in the hallway, making this level ideal for kids or additional guests.

The layout is perfect for large families or groups, with a great balance of shared spaces and private areas.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home and backyard, including the pool, hot tub, fire pits, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and all indoor living spaces.
The driveway is available for parking.
Please note that the garage and a few storage/utility areas are locked and not accessible to guests.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 pet fee.

The pool is open seasonally, typically from mid-May through early September, depending on the weather. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

A security deposit is required; details are provided after booking.

The garage is off limits to guests.

Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.

Firewood is not provided; please bring your own if you plan to use the fire pit.

Please note that propane is not provided for the grill.

This home is perfect for families and respectful groups but is not suitable for rowdy parties or unapproved outside guests.
