Dear Guests, our 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor offers 44 m² of space for up to 4 people. You’ll find a large living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two, a TV with various Sky channels, free Wi-Fi, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable reading chair.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a large TV, and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
The balcony offers a stunning panoramic view of the water, the church, and the spa center.
A safe and a portable clothes rack are also available.
You can access the apartment directly from the underground parking garage via an elevator. There you’ll also find the shared bathroom and the cozy sauna area.
The “Residenz Seestern” is just under 100 m from the beach. From the dune promenade, you’ll have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. It’s about 300 m to the pier and the concert pavilion.
Numerous restaurants, shopping options, a mini-golf course, a climbing park, and various playgrounds, as well as a wide white sandy beach, provide plenty of space for a relaxing stay with us.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a perfect family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
