Cozy vacation home in Sassnitz, with a fireplace, that sleeps up to 6 people

-We offer sleeping accommodations for 4+2: 1 double bed in the bedroom, as well as a double bed and a single bed in a loft (low ceiling), which is not a living area and is accessible via a small spiral staircase (suitable for older children) and, if needed, a sleeper sofa for 2 additional people in the living room

-The property is not fenced and is available for general use (e.g., play structure with a swing and slide; small lawn and barbecue area) and is situated in a quiet location, set back two rows from the street

-Private parking spaces are available

-Before your arrival, the bathroom in our house will be stocked with a roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen will be equipped with 2–3 dishwasher tablets, a dish towel, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth to get your vacation off to a good start.

-You are, of course, welcome to use the fireplace in the living room. Firewood can be purchased at nearby stores, such as a home improvement store.

-Upon request, we provide a travel crib and high chair free of charge.

-Pets are allowed in this house

-A security deposit of 100 EUR is required

Please note: Sassnitz charges a visitor’s tax. It is not possible to include this directly in the booking through FEWO. Therefore, the tourist tax will be billed separately.
