From Husum it is only a stone's throw to the Wadden Sea. Here, especially the little ones are in the foreground and a lot is done to ensure that they can experience something new every day. The nearest sandy beach is in St. Peter-Ording, which is about 45 km away and has a wide, white sandy beach and cute stores and fish restaurants. Here you can drive onto the beach by car.
