In the beautiful landscapes of Nordfyn you will find this wonderful vacation home overlooking the fields and nature. The house offers modern interior and bright, very pleasantly furnished rooms dominated by a relaxed, rural atmosphere. Spend cozy hours in the idyllic winter garden with your favorite book or entertain yourself with a game of cards.

On the beautiful, huge natural plot, presence and tranquility are paramount. Here you will find several corners that invite you to dine al fresco, and the children can also play nicely here.

The house is perfect for nature lovers and the beach of Bøgebjerg is only 500 meters away. Nearby destinations for a day trip are the pretty, gentle coastal landscapes of Fyns Hoved or the picturesque town of Kerteminde. Here, visit Johannes Larsen's art museum or enjoy an ice cream by the harbor while you gaze out over the water. Odense with its many stores and sights is also within easy reach.

holiday house with potential

House looks very cute on the outside. is in a fantastic place with lots of space around it. You can see that the necessary renovations have started, but that they are far from finished. For example, the bathroom is far from finished, it is halfway through painting, there is a new sink, but an old shower and old toilet (with dirty deposits), there are no window coverings, no mirror or a place to hang towels. Window coverings or (working) lighting are missing in many places in the house. There are no closets or shelves for clothes. And finally, not all areas are cleaned equally well.
