A beautiful fully renovated apartment in a privileged location overlooking the majestic Santa Ponsa Bay.

This lovingly restored 55m2 apartment is located on the seafront with a fabulous view in the southwest of Mallorca. Spectacular sea views as well as fantastic sunsets (in certain months) can be admired directly from your private balcony.

The apartment consists of a living room with a super comfortable double sofa bed, an open, fully equipped kitchen with an integrated bar for an aperitif or sundowner, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and a freezer-refrigerator combination for ice cream and drinks.

It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, fan and integrated wardrobe, and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment is located in the Globales Verdemar Apartment Hotel complex and is ideal for couples and families who want all the amenities of a hotel but want to have their own apartment. There is a large pool with poolside loungers enjoying beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Take a dip to cool off, then enjoy a delicious cocktail at the Apartamentos Globales Verdemar's poolside bar.

Air conditioning, WiFi, Internet TV, bed linen and towels complete this perfect apartment.

All amenities are within walking distance, there are many excellent bars and restaurants on the seafront, within walking distance as well. Palma de Mallorca Airport is around 25 minutes' drive away.

Wohnung überzeugt mit perfektem Ausblick. Lage ist zum Start von Touren im Westen Mallorcas ideal, der Ort an sich mit kinderfreundlichen Restaurants bestückt. Gehobene Küche und Meerblick ist eher die Ausnahme. Die Kontakt mit Virginia war Klasse und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

A fantastic location in Santa Ponsa

Accommodation is fantastic and has everything you need for a lovely stay, there is a supermarket opposite and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Location is just brilliant for everything you want to explore in the area. Host was great at getting back to me with any questions I had. We had a late flight on check out day and we were able to leave cases at reception, use the facilities for the day and then have a shower before heading to the airport. Only thing I would say is that we were asked to pay for sunbeds at apartment which I wasnt aware of, luckily they left us off when I said we were getting a flight in a couple of hours.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Ausreichend für vier Personen, mit einem etwas größeren Tisch auf der Terrasse wäre es noch entspannter.Die Wohnung war größtenteils sehr sauber, es gab nur einen unangenehmen Duft in der Wohnung/Wänden.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung ist wirklich schön.

Beutiful spacious front line apartment

Amazing spacious well equipped front line apartment. Wonderful balcony overlooking the bay with a gorgeous egg chair that i loved to sit and read in. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of everything with the bonus of a washing machine and dishwasher with all the items needed to use them too . It was great that there were lots if condiments , tea, coffee, espresso machine with pods and various staples already in the cupboard when we arrived together with lots of bottles of water. The bedroom was spacious with lots of wardrobe space for clothes. The lounge area was wonderfully laid out and the sofa bed was really comfy. The bathroom had a large walk in shower which was excellent and the large light up mirror over the sink was great. We really enjoyed our time there. The whole apartment was spotless when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look at booking it again. A very impressive apartment

Appartement agréable

Séjour agréable dans un appartement spacieux et bien placé ! La vue sur la mer et la proximité des commerces, restaurants et de la plage est un plus. En revanche, nous avons regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de parking attenant à l’hôtel. Nous avons aussi trouvé qu’il manquait une table pour manger à 4 sur le bacon. Les enfants ont été gênés au réveil par l’absence de volets ou de rideaux occultants dans le salon où ils dormaient. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est bien équipé !

Property mgr Sue was quick to respond. Unit was clean. Nice welcome package of fundamentals in the fridge. Easy walk to groceries and many restaurants. Our favourite was O’Brien’s just across the road….Americanos and fruit scones with strawberry jam and whipped cream….mmmm. Can’t do that at home.

un merveilleux sejour

nous avons passé 16 nuits dans cet appartement! il est parfaitement bien situé ! a proximité des commerces et de beaucoup de restaurants ! l'appartement se trouve dans un hôtel et le personnel est formidable! il y a même des activités proposés pour les enfants tous les jours avec des animatrices super ! la mer est au pied de l'immeuble ainsi qu'une piscine très bien entretenue, le seul hic est que nous devions payer 3.5e par personne pour avoir les transats au bord de la piscine! l'appartement est bien spacieux, propre et la vue est juste splendide! les lits sont très confortables , la salle de bain est spacieuse et très pratique. nous avions même un code wifi! nous regrettons seulement qu'il n'y ait pas de table a manger, le bar étant trop haut pour ma fille nous avons du manger sur la table basse mais ceci n'est qu'un détail car notre séjour a été fantastique

Nice with a fantastic view. Ok to stay two adults and two children but not four adults. Limited kitchen tools if you are to cook properly. Nice bathroom but the cleaning could have been better in the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment ideally located

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. We were drawn to the pictures of the modern apartment and beautiful balcony view of the water, and it did not disappoint! The apartment was the perfect size, beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It was so nice to have a kitchen (complete with fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, oven, stove, and dishwasher), because it allowed us the freedom to eat out or pick up some food from the nearby grocery stores to cook meals. The clothes washer was a bonus, allowing us to do some laundry during the stay as needed. There's an air conditioner for hot days that worked really well, but most days it was really pleasant to open the windows and get the breeze off of the water. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and relaxing to spend our mornings on the balcony with coffee/tea and breakfast while enjoying the breeze and view. The apartment is really conveniently located in a nice hotel right on the water, giving you the option to use the hotel amenities, but also giving you a sense of security. Right outside the hotel is a path that runs along the coast, which is great for walks or to find a hidden cove for swimming. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk of the apartment, ranging from more touristy options to local fare. It is a beautiful, vibrant area, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing get-away! We were thrilled with our stay!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung!!

Mein Freund und ich waren vor 2 Wochen dort und es war mit die Beste Ferienwohnung in der ich bis jetzt war! Alles war super sauber, die Ausrüstung war einfach klasse, an alles wurde gedacht. Wir fanden es ebenfalls toll, dass wir funktionierende Klimaanlagen hatten.. es gab schon so manches 5-Sterne Hotel wo die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat. Noch zu erwähnen ist der Balkon mit der wohl schönsten Aussicht über Santa Ponça!! Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.
