This corner home features gated security for peace of mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a fridge with a built-in cold-water system and ice maker, a dishwasher, and a water purifier. Laundry is easy with a washer and dryer included.
Enjoy the outdoor space with a charcoal barbecue, seating, and a picnic area—perfect for relaxing Sunday-afternoon cookouts.
Toronto Beaches are close by, a 45-minute walk or a 15-minute bus ride away.
There are many parks and public swimming pools in the area, including Monarch Park and Greenwood Park.
Gerrard St is a short walk from the house. You will find organic markets, grocery stores, butchers, and a vibrant Indian food strip that is open until 4 am. Danforth Ave is Greektown, with lots of great restaurants.
