Here, however, travel times of varying length must be expected.



Above the small town of Popoli (68 km), located in the Majella National Park and in the province of Pescara, towers the Castello Ducale Cantelmo on the slopes of Monte Morrone, a ruined castle from the 11th century, which may be visited.
