Tranquil retreat just minutes from downtown Ashland. This unique property offers the best of both worlds—peaceful rural surroundings nestled among local wineries, while still being just a stone’s throw from fine dining and the renowned Shakespeare Festival.
The home itself is a beautifully restored log cabin from the 1920s, thoughtfully remodeled, preserving its historic charm.
Explore scenic trails right on the property, unwind in a hammock, or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as the sun sets.

The property spans seven wooded acres with terraced landscapes, walking trails, seasonal irrigation canals, open lawns, and beautiful views throughout — perfect for enjoying the outdoors and the peaceful surroundings.
Hosts live on the property, and outdoor spaces are shared/communal. We also have a friendly 1.5-year-old blue heeler pup who you’ll likely see around the property.
We try to personally greet all guests when possible, and you may see us outside maintaining the grounds during your stay. Feel free to say hello — we’re always available if you need anything while also respecting your privacy.
The main house is a tastefully restored 1920s log cabin with a private deck and is entirely your own private space during your stay. All other outdoor areas on the property are shared.
Please note that any additional outbuildings on the property are off-limits to guests.
Pets are welcome, though guests should be aware that other dogs live on the property as well. Due to the terrain and outdoor features, the property is unfortunately not well suited for young children.
