Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. The condo is within walking distance to the Flora-Bama & the Flora-Bama Yacht Club. There is always something fun to do, including: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This is your ideal vacation getaway.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and decorated nicely. It had all we needed and more. The building isn’t so big that you wait forever for elevators and the staff there was so nice and attentive. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving with our granddaughters and the property was as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and definitely recommend this property.The pools and hot tub were well maintained and spotless as was the entire property. Clean quiet and spacious not to mention the views. The host was responsive to our needs and a pleasure to deal with. We found the condo fully stocked with whatever you could need to enjoy a trip to the beach.

View was pretty, not all furniture, decor was the same. Lights flickered above dining table on high and low the whole time, third of lights in master bath were burned out, makeup stains on sheets and pillow cases in master, mildew in multiple areas of shower, ice maker was broken, needs some repairs. Won’t rent same condo next year.

Excellent Stay!

Very clean and beautifully decorated condo! It had everything anyone would ever need to have a nice and relaxing stay. We especially loved the beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony!

Hello Joann, that may be true. Property Rental companies will often lower their prices at the last minute to drive maximum rental capacity. We are a family condo so we operate a bit differently. We set our prices and if we don’t fill everyday, that’s ok. We would rather have less traffic in the unit. Price aside, I do hope you enjoyed your stay.

Lovely condo! Favorite thing was the spacious balcony! Incredible view! Lesley was a great host and prompt with responses and very accommodating! Updated kitchen is well stocked. Relaxing week. In Orange Beach

Great week at a nice condo! It was clean and beds were comfy!” The kitchen had a variety of cooking tools. The beach was awesome and Sam was so nice getting us chairs set up and helping us! Great beach service!Very good vacation!!!
