Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our ground-floor vacation rental located on the outskirts of town. Through the main door, you’ll find the separate entrance to the vacation rental. It features a kitchen-living room equipped with many kitchen appliances, such as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, and refrigerator with freezer. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the patio. One of the large bedrooms features a sitting area for cozy TV nights. On the spacious south-facing terrace with a view of the forest, an electric awning provides pleasant shade. A grill is available for relaxing evenings. The lawn with a hammock nestled among shady trees is perfect for relaxing and daydreaming. The bathroom is equipped with a large sink, a shower stall, and a bathtub. A hair dryer is also provided. The toilet is located in a separate room. There is also a storage room available. Bed linens, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge. A 50% prepayment is due immediately upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on site. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
