The new 'Villa Eva' is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2.5 km from the sea. With 105 m² of living space, the light-flooded house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults).
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house, you will find a spacious living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms on the second floor are each equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has its own terrace with a view of the pool. Here you can greet the morning with a cup of coffee and end the evening with a glass of wine.
Outside, the covered dining area with barbecue and the 30 m² heated pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property.
