Hiking paths: Sentier du Dattier 6.8 km, Sentier du littoral 9 km, Toulon 60 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire.
1-room studio 22 m2 on 3rd floor. Fully renovated in 2022, beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double wall-trunk bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen), electric shutters. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, underfloor heating, boiler (150 litres). Balcony 7 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 77 (fenced 1 car). Please note: apartment carpark side. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. finitions

il y a quelques petites finitions à faire: loquet fenêtre coulissante qui ne fonctionne pas, il manque des cuillères à soupe dans l'assortiment, le joint au sol de la vitre de douche n'est pas terminé (mais fonctionnel), ouverture du frigidaire à gauche, plus pratique. FILTRE HOTTE très sale. manque rangement habits, ajouter une armoire à droite du lit? possibilité à côté du lit à gauche de mettre des tablettes pas de clé armoire d'entrée. Endroit calme, près des commerces et des restaurants
