- Electrical current is 240V/AC50 three-pin, so a converter is required for plug-in items.
- Credit card signature authorizations are not accepted at Club Wyndham South Pacific locations. If you plan to use a credit card at these locations, please contact your credit card provider prior to traveling to set up your personal identification number (PIN) for payment authorizations.
- Parking is available on-site.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. For your safety, please wear shoes in the pool area, and refer to posted signage for more information.
- PLEASE READ: Effective Monday, July 12, 2021, all owners/guests checking into Club Wyndham South Pacific properties must present photo ID in the form of a passport or driver's license upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation and credit card on file. Guest name must be added to the reservation at time of booking or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name.
- Please be advised that the resort staff will try their best to accommodate room requests, however, these cannot be guaranteed. If you request a room change during your stay, a room cleaning fee will be applied.
- Resort is a three-story walk-up with limited lift access. Ground floor rooms can be requested, but not guaranteed
- Long term luggage storage is no longer available at this property. Please ensure that you make arrangements for luggage storage if you're leaving between stays or away on an excursion. Storage can only be arranged while you are waiting for your room to be ready, in between room moves, or other short periods of time.
- Passport is required. U.S. flights arrive at 5 a.m. and depart at 10 p.m. It is suggested you book a suite the night before arrival and the night of departure.
- Due to Fiji facing freight and supply chain issues, please be aware that there may be certain items that have increased in price or substituted for other products.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

- BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes.
