The apartment features high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and hardwood floors throughout, providing a bright and open living space. The recently renovated bathroom includes heated floors, updated fixtures, vanity, and shower.

The apartment offers excellent storage throughout, including two closets in the bedroom (one built-in and one wall-mounted), a walk-in closet, a separate pantry.

Located two blocks from York Street (F) and within walking distance of High Street (A, C), with quick access to Manhattan. Close to Brooklyn Bridge Park, Wegmans, Soho House, Time Out Market, Life Time Fitness, Equinox Dumbo, as well as a wide range of dining and boutique retail options.

Dan was fantastic — highly communicative and quick to respond whenever we had questions about navigating the space. Check-in was smooth and he gave us hands-on instructions on how things work in the apartment. The apartment itself is spotless, with plenty of storage that made settling in effortless. The bedroom is a real highlight — comfortably oversized, which made a big difference for the stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Dan’s place to friends and family visiting Dumbo.
