The vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

The light-filled living room features a comfortable sofa, a separate dining area, a 48-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a Blu-ray player, a mini stereo system, and an Xbox One.
The living room opens onto a southwest-facing terrace equipped with chairs, a table, a grill, a lounge chair, a parasol, a handcart, and a storage room. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, a kettle, and a Senseo coffee pod machine.
There is also a restroom and a storage room with a safe on the first floor.
The two bedrooms (Bedroom I with a double bed, Bedroom II with three separate beds) each feature ample storage space, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a radio alarm clock; Bedroom II also includes a portable stereo system.
All windows in the house that do not extend to the floor are equipped with insect screens. Both bedrooms and the bathroom have exterior roller shutters. The living room and bathroom have heated floors. An ironing board, iron, first-aid kit, travel crib, high chair, children’s cutlery, step stool, toilet seat reducer, changing pad, and outlet covers round out the amenities.
Wi-Fi access and use of the indoor pool are available free of charge. As is a parking space. Sauna, laundry, and drying room available for a fee.
