Shop 850 m, grocery, bakery 800 m, pedestrian zone 800 m, bicycle rental 750 m, bus stop "Office du tourisme Mimizan" 700 m, sandy beach "la garluche" 900 m, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, surf school 900 m, tennis 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 40 km, parcs aventure 7 km, Disc Golf 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Aureilhan Mimizan 8 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

Bel endroit pour se reposer !

L’appartement est bien situé ! Dans une résidence fermée. La terrasse est côté parking et sur la route inconvénient mais cela ne gâche en rien le plaisir de profiter du lieu. Dans l’appartement vous avez tout ce que l’on a besoin comme à la maison et ainsi que pour l’extérieur c’est super bien équipé. Proche du centre de la plage. Mimizan plage est un endroit calme et agréable.

Très bien, tout est neuf et de bonne qualité, très bien équipé, literie confortable. Grande douche, deux WC, c'est parfait. Le parasol et le salon de jardin de qualité. Il faudrait une haie pour un peu plus de tranquillité.

Très belle location tout neuf.seul gros bémol situé sur un boulevard beaucoup de circulation .moi qui aime le calme ridibitoire.sinon tout confort parasol chaise table qualité top.manque peut être transat et set de table .attention aussi pour air conditionné uniquement en bas salon les deux chambres à l'étage dormir fenêtre ouverte mais bruit bruit bruit.... attention à cela!!!!
