Our Vacation Rental II sleeps 2 people and is equipped as follows: * a cheerfully furnished living room with a kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a cozy sofa, satellite TV, and a charming dining area invite you to relax and feel at home. * A bedroom with a double bed—we can provide a crib and high chair upon request. * Bathroom with shower/toilet * Cozy terrace * Upon request, a bread roll service and eggs from our chickens * Use of the washer and dryer, Wi-Fi * The beds are made; towels and dish towels are provided. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Pets are allowed upon request (5.00 EUR/night + 30.00 EUR final cleaning fee). The tourist tax of 1.65 EUR per person/night for guests aged 15 and older and 0.80 EUR per person/night for children aged 6 and older will be charged separately on-site. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.
