The newly renovated vacation apartment, with 68 m2 of living space, can accommodate 1–4 people. The living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is a cozy place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen-living area, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker, plus seating (a table with 5 chairs), leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment features 1 large bedroom with a bed measuring 1 by 2 m and 1 small bedroom with a bed measuring 1.60 m. The spacious bathroom has 1 shower, 1 bathtub, 1 toilet, 1 sink with a large mirror, and a cabinet containing a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. During the summer months, you can relax and wind down the day on our large covered patio with a garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and the parking spaces in front of the house are available free of charge nutzen.In. Stag and bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted at this property. This property accepts cash payments only. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on-site. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Please note that these are non-smoking apartments.
