Triades Villas 1, a dream home built of natural stone with a saltwater pool, set in a peaceful setting

Triades Villas 1 is a modern, natural-stone villa furnished with great care, where you’ll enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay. The spacious two bedrooms both have direct access to their own bathrooms. The light-filled living area opens onto the outdoor space through large glass doors, offering impressive views. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or with friends, there’s plenty of space and cozy nooks to enjoy. The cozy outdoor lounge invites you to linger, as does sunbathing on the comfortable, high-quality wooden loungers by the pool. The large dining table on the covered terrace offers plenty of space to enjoy delicious meals or spend a cozy evening playing games.

Guests have the entire villa, the outdoor area, and the infinity pool for their private use.
There are a total of three separate, luxurious Triades villas on this property. All offer beautiful, sweeping views of the fertile Messara Plain and the Ida Mountains in the distance.
The village center is just a 3-minute walk away.
Absolutely peaceful location on a dead-end street with no traffic.

Fabulous villa and location!

We stayed in one of the three villas in August 2023 and we didn’t want to leave! The villa was immaculate for our arrival and it was so beautifully decorated inside. We spent days by the pool and the location is so peaceful but you are only 5 mins walk from the little village of Sivas which has an amazing butcher, great restaurants and a local mini market too. The location of the villa is perfect. The best thing about this villa is the owner Sofia - she was amazing and so welcoming. She answered any question we had really quickly and anything we needed she helped us. Thank you Sofia for making our holiday so memorable - we hope to come back one day! If you are looking for a villa for 4 in this beautiful area of Crete really don’t hesitate to book this villa.

Parfait !
