Located across A1A from the ocean, Marriott's BeachPlace Towers commands spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Guests will enjoy studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom villa accommodations and amenities including a pool, whirlpool spa, and exercise room. Beneath the Towers, a three-story complex of shops and restaurants adds choice and convenience.

There is a Parking Fee! USD $39 plus tax. One vehicle per reservation. Parking garage clearance 6 ft. 8 in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the resort.
Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Guests are permitted one parking space. There is a nightly parking fee of USD 39. Additional parking is on a space available basis, subject to higher prevailing rates.

Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site).

Resort will be undergoing an exterior façade painting project from JUN through JAN 2027.

Construction/renovation/maintenance projects may be ongoing, year-round and are typically noted. For concerns about unforeseen projects, please contact the resort directly.

SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units or public common areas. Some resorts may have a designated area where smoking is permitted. For additional information, concerns about use of e-smoking devices or possible penalties for non-compliance, contact the resort directly.

Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee.

This Getaway is nonrefundable. A refund will not be issued in the event of cancellation.
