This stylish penthouse is located in a quiet yet central area of the Alpmatten district, approximately 500 meters from the cable car station and about 100 meters from the pedestrian incline lift to the village center. In winter, you can ski directly to the access lift for the ski area after a short ascent, and at the end of your ski day, you can glide right up to your front door. In summer, beautiful hiking trails beckon, offering breathtaking views of the majestic, snow-capped Matterhorn and the Aletsch Glacier.

The house faces south and provides an unobstructed view of the opposite Gomser mountains all the way to the impressive Walliser Alps (Mischabel group with Dom, 4,545 m). The apartment features 3.5 rooms and includes both a south-facing and a north-facing balcony.

Thanks to its ski-in/ski-out capability, it takes only about 2 minutes to reach the main path leading to the nearest ski lift "Alpmatten," which grants you access to 104 km of perfectly groomed slopes in the Aletsch Arena. After a day on the slopes, you can ski directly back to your doorstep! In just 2 minutes, you can reach the year-round free pedestrian connection lift (Alpmatten incline lift), which conveniently takes you into the village center. There, you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and a post office—all just 600 meters from the cable car station. The walk takes about 15 minutes or you can opt for a quick ride with skis or a (snow) taxi—ideal if you're traveling with luggage.

The apartment features an inviting entrance with a wardrobe, a cozy living room with a fireplace and open kitchen, as well as a spacious south-facing balcony. There are two bedrooms with double beds; one of them has access to the north-facing balcony. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
