This modern apartment is located in a modern apartmenthouse near the beach and in the green belt of beach area. The center (downtown) can be reached in about 300m, shops and restaurants 150m.
The apartment has a living room with sofabed for 2 people and LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, stove, toast, etc.), dining area and terrace, and a bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet, washing machine.
At the apartment house in the garden is a swimmingpool with evening light and a bbq (grill). Free WIFI internet. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator).
