The vacation home is located on the outskirts of town, offers 120 square meters of living space (all on one level), and is divided into

Guest access
The property (just under 1,000 square meters) is completely fenced in.
Access/driveway with a gate.
Parking available in the carport or in front of the house.
The large, terraced, secluded garden facing southwest is a paradise, offering several terraces with seating, sun loungers, and a beach chair.
The special highlight is the heated pool, which is covered when not in use with a roll-up wooden deck that can be used as a sun deck.
If the property is left in a state of severe mess, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €100.
Further important information
Our guests are welcome to use and consume anything that is freely accessible. Restricted areas are marked “Private.”
The following are prohibited:
Parties, smoking indoors, additional unregistered overnight guests, and dogs classified as dangerous.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool, on the beds, or on the sofa.
All cushions in the garden and pool area must be stored in a sheltered room inside the house or in the wooden shed in the evenings and during damp weather. The beach chair must be covered with its protective cover in case of bad weather.
The gas grill must be cleaned after use. The three grill grates are dishwasher-safe. If the grill is left heavily soiled, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €50.
