The offer includes 3 apartments, a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 kitchens. There is also a large communal kitchen, sauna and garden at your disposal.

We live in the fourth apartment with 3 bedrooms and a very large living room when we are there.
Larger groups of more than 13 people can book this apartment and then have the entire farm exclusively. Neither we nor other guests would be there in that case. We create an individual offer for you.
HOST APARTMENT FLEUDENBERG - large apartment on the ground floor with 6 beds
The special thing about our magical holiday farm is not the cozy apartments, but the magnificent garden. Enchanted paths lead you past a biotope to a large meadow with a view of the grazing sheep. There are numerous terraces with seating and benches to have breakfast or relax outside. There are also enough children's toys available.
In the evening you sit by the warm fire and look into the distance while your kids sleep peacefully. There is a sauna in the garden and next door the "Klönstube", a common room with a large kitchen and fireplace.
With us you can vacation with several families and each group still has its own area.
Our cleaning company offers a laundry package for 20 euros/person.
This includes a sheet, duvet cover, large towel and two small towels.
You can also bring your own bed linen and towels.
Please send us information about the group size and age of the children with your booking request. This means we can create a personal offer for you and provide equipment such as a high chair/baby bed.
If required, we also have extra mattresses for young and old on site.
